Directions for both slimming creams:
Apply to the area (thigh, arms, tummy, calfs etc) onto dry skin after a shower.
Massage in upwards direction.
Let the cream absorb and wash or wipe off after an hour or so
(for me i choose to leave on, but then again, up to you and see if you can tolerate the heat).
Do not apply onto scars or wounds!
Feedback from most people is that results can be seen after using from half to a full bottle.
For best results, get both the Chilli and Coffee one and use alternatively.

Can be use on both face and body.
Instructions:
Squeeze out a suitable amount and apply onto desired areas in a circular motion.
After which, wash it off with water.
